Do I need to book in advance?+
Yes. Every visit is by reservation so we can keep groups small and the experience calm.
How much are tickets?+
Our standard Farm Tour is $25 per guest, ages 2 and up. Our 90-minute Signature Alpaca Experience is $45+. A Bunny Add-on is $15.
What ages are the tours for?+
Ages 2 and up are welcome on Farm Tours. Very young children love the bunnies and thrive on the shorter My Grownup & Me sessions.
Do you offer alpaca walking?+
Yes — alpaca walking is available for private experiences. Ask about including it when you inquire. Our Signature Alpaca Experience is centered on in-pasture time with the herd.
What should we wear?+
Closed-toe shoes are required for everyone. Dress for the weather — we operate rain or shine.
Can we bring our dog?+
Please leave pets at home. It's the kindest thing for our animals and yours.
Is the farm stroller-accessible?+
Most paths are stroller-friendly. Reach out if you have specific accessibility needs and we'll help plan your visit.
What if it's raining?+
We're on rain or shine. The animals don't mind — bring layers.
Can we bring food for the animals?+
Please don't — we provide all feed. Outside food can make our animals sick.

Do you offer refunds or reschedules?+
Ticket terms and reschedule policies are managed through our ticketing system. Reach out if you have a special situation and we'll do our best.
